Delete your account
Delete it in the app in a few taps, or ask us to do it for you.
In the app
- Open Profile, then Account & backup.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the message and confirm.
Want a copy first? Tap Download my data on the same screen. It gives you everything stored in your account as a file.
Without the app
Email support@yourarc.co.uk with the subject “Delete my Your Arc account”. Send it from the email on your Apple or Google sign-in if you can. Never send a password or card details. We may need to check the account is yours before we delete it.
What is deleted
Your account and everything stored with it: your arc, goals, missions and completions, Lock In sessions, achievements, Time Capsule text, friends, challenge memberships and your public profile. Your Arc is cleared on your phone too. This can't be undone.
Usage events aren't tied to your account, so deleting it doesn't remove them. To have them deleted, copy your analytics ID from Profile → Settings and email it to us.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions. Apple keeps its own purchase records, which we can't delete.
