Agreeing to these terms

You agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking the box when you save your arc or sign in. It covers the AI features too: Socrates, AI add, Build a routine and the weekly review send what the Privacy Policy describes to Google’s Gemini. The second box, tips and offers by email, is optional.

Using Your Arc

Your Arc is a self-improvement tool, not medical or professional advice. Choose missions that are safe for you.

Subscriptions

Your Arc Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end; we send a reminder before a trial ends if notifications are on. Apple’s standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies.

Lifetime access is a single payment that unlocks Pro for as long as the app is offered, with no renewal. Packs are one-time purchases of cosmetic items; streak freezes are consumable and are used up when you use them, including across arcs. None of these change XP, levels or rankings.

Pro earned through invites lasts the stated time and ends on its own; there is nothing to cancel. Invite rewards are limited to 12 weeks per person and only count for new accounts, and we may withhold them where invites are abused.

Community rules — zero tolerance

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, scams, spam or impersonation in usernames, bios, links, challenge titles, descriptions, rules or welcome messages. Names and text others see are checked for swearing and slurs, and some names (like the app’s own) are reserved.

You can report a person or a challenge from its page and block anyone. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; offending content is removed and accounts that break these rules are banned.

Fair play

The weekly board and challenges are scored on the server from completions you record. Manipulating scores, automating check-ins or exploiting bugs can remove you from both.

Your content

You own what you write. By making a challenge public you let other members see its title, description, rules and your public profile.
